Casey Mink
Lead Musician, violinist
Casey, comfortable in a wide variety of genres, started old-time fiddle lessons as a child and then extended his musical interests into the world of improvisation and traditional classical. He holds a Masters of Music in violin performance from Bowling Green State University and performs with the South Carolina Philharmonic and the Roanoke Symphony. He also is a studio recording artist, having professionally recorded with the National Orchestral Institute Symphony on the Naxos label and with several singer-songwriters.

A registered teacher with the Suzuki Association of the Americas, he finds great joy in passing along a love for music to the next generation. Besides working with kids and playing in the symphony, Casey's interests include fly-fishing, playing tennis, and reading anything by C.S. Lewis.
