Victoria McLaughlin

Lead Musician, cellist

Victoria played in her native Colombia with the Colombia Youth Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Music Groups that took her to tour her Country and neighbor Venezuela.

Since her arrival to Charlotte, Victoria started studying with Professor John Cloer. She has played with the Charlotte Philharmonic Orchestra, the Charlotte Civic Orchestra and different quartets. She has also participated in recording projects for local artists, like Rebecca Rippy.

She enjoys playing and teaching her students, who range from 4 to 64 years old. Victoria lives with her husband, drummer, Scott McLaughlin, with whom she enjoys live music, road trips and puzzles.
